想不犯法，不能因为你思想不健康判刑
写也不犯法，只要你自己看，不去传播
免费分享擦边，不过打击的是平台，你又不是周先生鲁先生那么有影响力
收费了，那就属于贩卖，这玩意就事大了
其实最好平台能买断，毕竟净网之后内网没几个盗版网站了，平台低收费按理说也能回本，真的有人抓，背锅得是版主大大们，作者自己风险还是小
再不行，某部作品人气到了一定程度，平台定制字数限制达标后，团购会员，或者会员众筹达到标准后一次性放送给所有购买的会员，作者得利，平台也有人气，真有泄漏的也不亏了

理论上，作者私下拉群买也是坑一个算一个，第一个可能花几千看了，转手卖掉这也就一锤子买卖，第二个付费的都算作者人品好
