我推荐你一个既经济又实惠的办法，你听没听说过醋泡黑豆的，具体有两种泡发，你可以去网上收一收。本人亲身体验过了，我大你十岁，这方面由于没有节制感觉比你严重多了，刚开始是不硬，好不容易硬了，刚一插入几下就射了。我后来吃了一个多月，效果还是挺明显的，又找回当年的雄风了，有时一晚上能要3次，次次都能让老婆高潮两三次，早晨又有晨勃了。你可以试试。这个方法简单实用，最主要的是便宜
